 About Me |
I'm a Public healt graduate. I have recently completed Masters in Public Health from Institute of Medicine (IOM), Maharajgunj, Kathmandu. Before this i have worked as a project coordinator in a HIV/AIDS project in a NGO which was supported by Family Health Internatonational and USAID. My job in this project were to organise counselling sessions for drug users, organising community awareness programmes on drug abuse and HIV, mobilising community and CBOs to spread awareness on drug abuse, providing training on HIV etc. Through my two years of work i have learned a lot about drug use, HIV/AIDS, project cycle, monitoring and evaluation etc.
I'm also a founding member of ALTERNATIVES, finding new possibilities for youth. This is an initiative launched by the youths for the youths.
