Hey, hey!

My name is Ryan and I'm a young idealist living in Toronto.

Everyday I try to learn something new about my surroundings. Right now I'm loving film, gardening, HIV/AIDS activism and youth engagement.

When I was sixteen I travelled to Kenya and Zambia to make a documentary film about an a capella group. The trip and the film changed my life, and I have been engaged in social activism ever since. When I arrived home, I founded United Youth Initiative, and we've been volunteering, handing out red ribbons, and planning some big projects.

In this big world, I'm doing whatever I can. It's smaller than you think.
