am a doctor in public adm. graduate , a writer-poet and women's rights advocate. i head the quezon city gender and development office under the office of mayor feliciano belmonte. i also co-founded an ngo for migrant women workers, a commissioner of the qc film devt comm and vice pres. of a consulting firm for gender and development in governance and labor. im a single parent, with 3 kids. i have acted as consultant and mentorof local governments, ngos and departments in gender mainstreaming and analysis, management and supervisory skills, leadership, training of trainers and prog/proj management. our city has been a model for gender-responsive good governance, under the mayor's policy of rights--based reprohealth, anti-violence and other gender oriented policy,program and projects.
