 About Me |
Je travaille actuellement à l’UNICEF Madagascar sur un programme appelé Juniors Reporters Clubs. Le but de ce programme est de former des jeunes de 15 à 21 ans en production radiophonique, sur les thématiques qui concernent les jeunes, et de leur donner l’opportunité de produire des émissions radiophoniques auprès d’une station radio de leur localité. Chaque club est constitué de 10 membres. Les JRC sont au nombre de 15 et sont présents dans 11 localités.
Je suis membre du Conseil national de la jeunesse malgache, du Réseau africain des jeunes en population et développement, et de bien d’autres communautés internationales de jeunes.
J’ai également eu l’opportunité de participer à plusieurs forums internationaux dont le Sommet mondial des jeunes leaders au siège des Nations Unies, le Sommet mondial des jeunes et des ICT à Genève, le « Women Deliver », etc.
Avant de travailler à l’UNICEF, j’ai été experte associée sur la programmation sur les jeunes à l’UNFPA, « Special Youth Fellow » à l’UNFPA également. J’ai travaillé en tant que journaliste durant deux ans et demi avant de joindre l’UNFPA
I have worked as an associate expert on youth programming at UNFPA. I have participated to the Global Forum on Youth and ICTs in Geneva where I met many young people working on this matter. I am also the Communication Officer of the Malagasy Youth Advisory Panel. From June 2006 until December 2006, I was a Special Youth Fellow at the UNFPA Headquarter. Before working at UNFPA, I was journalist for a daily newspaper in Madagascar, I wrote articles on social issues and young people. I like to work in communication and media. My field of study is communication. I have a Bachelors in communication and currently pursuing my Master degree. My subject of dissertation is advocacy on Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDS for young people in my country.
I have many experiences on young people. I have participated in UN summit on Young people and have vast experience on issues related on young people and reproductive health and rights.
