Her passion for earth studies developed since she was very young, but she only managed to pursue earth studies after much soul searching. Prior to going back to school, Lavannia was also an entertainment writer. She wrote alot of fluff and decided enough was enough. She has started writing several novels but never got around to finishing any one of them. She is confident that the time will indeed come for her to finish at least one story in the near future. Apart from reading and writing alot, Lavannia finds the time to get some social activities done. This thing on being active in social work started when she was young, with the help of her dad. Lavannia feels strongly about issues pertaining to the youth in her country. She plans to get some serious work done in the area of employment in Malaysia
