Over Mij

I am a 3rd year university undergraduate student in the Philippines preparing for my graduation this coming June. I am taking my degree in BS Educational Psychology in De La Salle University

I am currently involved as a volunteer for the social arm of our university which is Center of Social Concern and Action (COSCA). Our volunteer program under COSCA is called Lasallian Outreach Volunteer Effort(LOVE).

So far, I am involved in community development work as a volunteer through visiting and assisting implementation of projects or programs for marginalized or developing sectors of my country.

We also conduct tree planting activities through planting native trees in our country. We also educate the local communities about climate change and sustainable development.

Furthermore, we are also involved toward advocacy campaigns and advocacy work towards human rights with our fellow Filipinos who are marginalized and abused like Peasants, Farmers, Fisherfolks, and etc.

In our school, we conduct blood donation drives from our co-students and relief goods donation in case of catastrophes coming. Yearly, we also conduct a special Olympics for about 650 children with exceptionality i.e children with Down Syndrome, Childre with ADHD/ADD, Children with Autism and etc. together with the whole community of our school to play sports together.
