The duties and responsibilities include the following: - Enriching the developed Online Multimedia modules for the Primary Teachers’ College Administrators, Tutors and Students such as the PTC curriculum online (Online Multimedia Curriculum), Professional Development Learning Environment (Web Based) and Digital Libraries for enhancing training on ICT i.e. making learning more interactive. Provide technical support to end-users at Soroti Primary Teachers’ College for Windows systems, LAN, General IT trouble shooting and support, IT infrastructure, routine preventive maintenance and servicing of all equipment Install and connect computer hardware and peripherals (such as workstations, network interface Cards, modems, printers etc. at the PTC ICT resource centre I was the primary person responsible for responding to HELPDESK type requests and providing Follow-up surveys for quality control.
