Rural Development Society (RDS) is an effective non-profit, non-governmental, non-political organization. It was started by graduates who wanted to apply their knowledge, which they got from universities, for the better development of the rural sector. It has a flexible organizational culture, characterized by a strong willingness and ambition to learn and innovate. To achieve its goals and to comply with the demands of this time and age, the organization and its personnel continue on a path, assimilating and adapting to new circumstances and opportunities. It has such a structure which is well suited to performing the primary processes, of serving RDS’s core activities.
