About Me

I am a working journalist in Bangladesh. To gather news and prepare news are my main responsibilities as a journalist.
I mainly cover the political news. I also cover news related to parliament, elections, crimes, environment, gender, health and water policy issues.
I did my MA from the National University.
I attended two international workshops--one in Bangkok on water policy issues in Asia held on Feb 4- 6, in 2006 and another in Chennai on Food insecurity held on Jan 30-Feb 1, 2007.
I visited Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore in Pakistan along with a eight-member media team from July 18 to July 24.
I obtained the Transparency International, Bangladesh Award 2004 for investigation journalism on when lawmakers break the law.
I want to prepare more investigative reports, which ultimately would bring welfare for the society.
I love to be introduced with people from different countries and culture and exchange views with them.
