Educated and trained in USA, Japan, Norway and in Bangladesh, Quazi takes pride in his excellent track record in youth development work, teaching, training, and consulting in the areas of organizational and human resources development for the last 11 years. He has been providing consulting services to numerous private, nonprofit, donor and public sector organizations. He has carved his image out as one of the top most youth developers and trainers of Bangladesh. He also conducted training sessions in Katmandu, Nepal in October 2000 and more recently at Hyderabad, India at the Sekandebad Jaycees of Indian Junior Chamber in December 2003.

He is a passonate youth developer and this is the reason why he left the lucrative job of a full-time faculty position at North South University to run his dream organization--Future Leaders Group. In 1997, he joined hands with The Daily Star and the British Council who launched the Young Entrepreneurs and Professionals Forum (YEP Forum). During the 1998-2000 period, Quazi took initiatives to organize several career-related workshops at the BC Auditorium in Dhaka. Bangladesh.

Not only is he the Founder and President of Future Leaders Forum (FLF) but also Managing Partner of FutureLeaders’ InnoVisions- a innovative consulting firm. FLF is the one-of-a-kind NGO in Bangladesh which is devoted to creating a new generation of young professionals and entrepreneurs in Bangladesh and in South Asia. He was also President of the Dhaka East Chapter of Junior Chamber Bangladesh for the year 2001 and is a Life Member of the American Alumni Association.

He has taught at North South University for over 8 years, courses on Management, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. He has also been a Lecturer at IBA ( Institute of Business Administration ) – considered the most prestigious business school in Bangladesh, and BUET – the internationally renowned university for Engineering and Technology. Because of his strong practical orientation and links with the corporate world, many private universities have invited him over the years to be their adjunct faculty member. He was also involved in doing the foundation work and curriculum preparation of certain upcoming private universities.

He has also received the “PRIME “certification which is an international accreditation of his skills as a trainer endorsing his capability to even train other trainers around the world. In addition, he has been an adjudicator at World Universities Debating Championships in South Africa and Ireland.

His educational diversity makes him capable of imparting expert training in various areas since he has his degree in Law from Dhaka University, as well as an MBA from IBA, Masters in International Relations from Japan, and Certificate Courses in International Management and Sustainable Development which includes modules on Career Counseling from New York University, USA and University of Oslo, respectively.

He has co-authored text books on human resource management for Bangladesh Open University and edited a text book on Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development for Bangladesh Technical Education Board. On several occasions he was invited by BTV, Channel I and other electronic media to speak on Youth and Management related issues.
