 About Me |
I'm currently a sophomore at Barnard College-Columbia University, and have declared my major in Anthropology with a concentration in Women's Studies. My interests revolve around global and youth-related health issues, specifically HIV/AIDS, sexual and reproductive health, and women's health (specifically FGM). I spent most of last summer (2005) working at Planned Parenthood of Central NJ, coordinating the Teen Advocacy Program and assisting in administrative duties in the clinic itself.
When not interning at GYAN (and having a great time doing it!), I can be found singing with my co-ed A Cappella group, cooking with my suitemates, attending classes, and working in the Barnard Admissions Office.
