Dear Sire,
My name is Pho Boromey. I am 25 year old. I am a vice-president of Women Humanitarian Development Organization (WHDO) that located in Phnom Penh; this organization serve the public service like peace development, democracy and human right training and community development. I graduated from Sociology faculty in 2003 at Royal University in Phnom Penh in Phnom Penh Cambodia. From 2003-2004 I studied MBA management science at Pannasastra University of Cambodia in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. I have a real plan to create the republican form of government in Cambodia in the future. Now, I am an activist of civil society to promote democracy, freedom and human right in Cambodia. I hope that you will provide me an opportunity to contact with other youth and institute in Europe to give a training about democracy issue and give me some oppinion.
