In 1994 I went to the University of Santiago de Compostela to study Economics. I get my degree in 2003 and a Master in Finance in 2004, the year when I also start my PhD studies. The academic year 2001-2002 I go to the Université du Maine (France) to study one year abroad. While my first years at the University I join AIESEC, the international student association, what finally will be the experience that would change my life, assuming all kind of responsibilities at different levels. From AIESEC, I take my interest in training and developing personal skills and it is preparing my PhD thesis when I go deep studying Sustainability. I have collaborated with several organisations and universities in different training projects, mainly concerning leadership, motivation and strategic planning. Regarding sustainability I have collaborated on the Galician Strategy for a Sustainable Development and nowadays I work on strategic sustainable assessment for the Xunta de Galicia. Nowadays, I’m preparing to attempt my PhD thesis. At the same time I'm involved in several training projects and other initiatives related to sustainability. I am interested in social leadership, value-based education, learning processes, training social skills and all the possible ways to fulfill humankind’s potentials. But much more important to myself, I am interested in love and how could we advance towards a love-based society.
