Major Patrick Moses Musibi, OGW, KAF (Rtd) is a retired Air Force and a consultant on children and armed conflict.
He holds a BA in Development Studies from Kimmage Development Studies Centre, Dublin, Ireland.
He has served as a humanitarian worker in South Sudan and Darfur. During his tour of duty in Sudan, he came face to face with the destructive nature of the poverty-conflict-environmental degradation nexus and has committed himself to play his part in mitigating it.
Major Musibi is a facilitator of training programs on child rights and child protection for the military in the Eastern and Central African region and a consultant to a number of organizations in the area of post-conflict reconstruction with a special focus on the integration of ex-combatants into the development processes of their communities.
