About me
Paolo is currently working as a Program Officer of the first regional grouping of political parties in Asia, the Council of Asian Liberals and Democrats (CALD). He is an individual member of the Young Liberals and Democrats of Asia (YLDA), a group that was borne of CALD's initiative. YLDA now has its own distinct programs that help young, like-minded individuals and their organizations/institutions congregate to share, learn and discuss liberal and democratic solutions and approaches to the issues of today. He is also a member of the UNESCO Youth Network for Peace-building, an initiative that aims to maintain a network of relations between young people from all over the world who are working for peace and non-violent conflict resolution and also to gather and publish initiatives for the construction of peace and democracy that could be of particular interest to young people. Moreover, Paolo is a volunteer of PHILCORPS Organization for the Indigent, a project he started with friends with the goal of passionately helping the Filipino youth to be encouraged, to get educated and to be uplifted from poverty. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines.
