About Me   About Me
i'm oyewole emmanuel from imeri in ose local govt of ondo state of nigeria.Born and brought in Lagos, nigeria into family of five.My mum, Mrs Felicia Oyewole is my motivator and my role model.i had my secondary and primary school in oshodi, lagos, nigeria. i had an higher national diploma (HND) in Business Administration and Management.i did my youth service corp in taraba state of nigeria.i had a leadership and entrepreneural training with the institute of strategic management, lagos, nigeria.currently working with pan ocean oil corporation in Lagos, nigeria.due to the way youths live thier life where i served,i've been looking for avenue to diseminate information to youths all over the world.i even noticed that rural youths suffer more because they lack all the basic ammenities of life. ever since, have really had a great passion for working with youths. so i set up a non governmental, non profit making organisation formerly called Hopehouse Youth Empowerment Initiative, now, YOUTH VISION INITIATIVE.the aim is to disemminate information to youth, train and empower them to face future challenges.Youths are strong tools to global development and therefore need to take charge.

ABOUT YOUTH VISION.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Young people ages 15 to 30 are about 1.2 billion of the world’s human capital. Around the world, some of them are already making contributions to the millennium development goal (MDGs), and their work should be further strengthened. These young minds also have been threatened by the insurgence of extreme poverty, unemployment, illiteracy, lack of information, HIV/AIDS and STDs which has rendered them redundant and irrelevant in their society and the world at large.

A common adage states that young people are the leaders of tomorrow. Most youth always feel this adage is not meant for them and it might not come because they don’t see themselves becoming one in years to come. But we take exemption that youth are the leaders of today and also the future that is why they need to be informed, trained, empowered, for them to take charge to become future changers.

Therefore, Youth Vision Initiative (Y.V.I), a non-governmental, non-profit organization established by young Nigerian visionary has seen the need to create an avenue through which these great, intelligent, and dynamic minds can contribute their own quota to societal and global development.
