Thereafter he was appointed as a part-time Program Analyst to assist with regional programs of the above organization and later as Liberia Curriculum Liaison for the One World Youth Project 2006/2007 based in the USA. www.oneworldyouthproject.org/liberia.html His above job experiences were all voluntary and he still remains a volunteer towards social change. Thomas is currently studying Sociology and Public Administration at the Bachelor of Arts Degree level at the AME Zion University in Liberia, West Africa and has wonderful experiences in Human Rights, HIV/AIDS, Literacy programs, Community Development and other Social related issues. Thomas was one of the key initiators of the NAYD2007 African Youth Summit held in Cameroon, March 26-28, 2007, a meeting that led to the formation of the Network of African Youths for Development (NAYD International) where he is currently the Regional Director for West Africa. www.nayd.org Thomas is also an “Action Partner” of Oxfam International Youth Partnerships (OIYP 2007-2010). This is a three year program for young people around the world who are involve into social and community change initiatives that are helping to change the lives of people. He attended the Kaleidoscope 2007 conference in Sydney, Australia organized and sponsor by Oxfam Australia.
