I am a Kenyan Citizen aged 28 years and Bachelor of Arts student in Development Studies at MS Training Coperation for Development Cooperation Tanzania. I am also the founder and coordinator of United Community Development Youth Group (UCODEV) , a community based organisation working with the youths, widows, orphans and people living with HIV/AIDS in Nyando district.II have been involved in community development projects for the last five years.In the year 2002 Iwas involved on Planning For Real (PFR) Project, that was aimed at Bridging Communication Gaps That Inhibits poor people invovement in community development. I was a warded Queens Golden Jubelee Gold Medal by Dr. Tonny Gibson OBE of Neighbourhood Initiatives UK, for active participation in developing a community power toolkit appropriate to Kenya.. Currently my organisation is involved in setting up a community radio station in kenya, poultry,butternuts, HIV/AIDS,counselling and consultancy activities.I hope to share knowledge and skills with like minded organizations and persons.
