His character, has demonstrated strategy, initiative, strength, creativity and resourcefulness in gaining business success. As a student, he usually recruits his workforce as contract staffs majorly colleagues seeking for means of earning extra income. He has successfully done this with over twenty people successfully. In terms of growth, His worth of assets and invest portfolio have increased consistently over the years. With innovation, he has pioneered a number of businesses. His innovativeness of the products and services supplied by his small businesses showed creativity and synergy. On resiliency and sustainability, there have been great needs for some business expansions for greater opportunities or face threats of folding up in the past but was able to overcome such through synergy and sharing risks with interested investors for more than Four years now.
He is a trailblazer as his recent academic project on environmental pollution was packaged as a proposal recently for sponsorship by the Niger State government and has received a financial vote with the memorandum of undertaking already signed by the two parties. This is the first time this will happen in the history of our university.

He mentors a few on what he does by giving entrepreneurship education to people at large, youth, individuals, group and community for economic development.
In his words, “My ultimate goal is to graduate from the university and be in charge of a business empire with the registration already in progress with the corporate Affairs commission. The capacity training programs of the Small and Medium Scale Enterprise Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) under Mrs. Modupe Adelaja have been instrumental to my adventures. I think big but start small. The Employment oriented Private Sector Development (EoPSD) programs of the German Technical Corporation (GTZ) in Nigeria have prepared me for what to expect in my nearest future dream. These recent GTZ trainings methodologies of the Competency based Economies through Formation of Enterprise (CEFE) pedagogy is having great impact in my present endeavour. I am a successful participant of Business Development Trainings at the First Bank of Nigeria Training School in Lagos for two years now. All these trainings and certifications have exposed me to better knowledge of risk analysis, team building and leadership development, negotiation, ideas evaluation e.t.c.
In conclusion, I am also a protégé to a mentor under 30 years old living the future I desire already in Nigeria. I hope to use my subsequent savings and part of my equity investment as collateral for an optimum business operation upon my graduation. All I am passing through would be condensed majorly into consulting services in areas of my professional and skills training on entrepreneurship, business development and other operational businesses in area of my competency upon graduation.”
