Nyla has a background in youth empowerment and education, previously employed as the Youth Engagement Coordinator for TakingITGlobal and a Peer Educator for Planned Parenthood. A champion of social justice, Nyla hopes to use her business and marketing education to promote and advocate large-scale youth movements as a full-time career soon. In her spare time (of which, there is little!), Nyla debates at Model United Nations conferences, practises her Spanish skills and performs spoken word poetry.
