Since 2002 till date, i have been working to promote the effective participation of young people in national and international policymaking processeon HIV/Aids, awereness, sensitisation projects example buying of condoms to crude ruralareas and setting up workshop with some of my colleagues in an office were i intern who have such passion as i have to fight and eradicate the scourge expecially on the girl child and made a lot of article writing on child abuse and how it eposes the child to hiv aids siting africa as a perfect example.and posible solution to the great scourge wiping away the human race more especially the youth. i am doing this work directly in the rural areas were communication has not done much on them due to their crude lifestle wich is always the case in africa.My final aim is achieveing the MDG in visinity to bedirected to the world at large.i always do things having this saying charity begins at home .To build the capacity of young activists and their organizations for effective, innovative and pro-active social change and development actions, and empower them for sustainable livelihoods Vision To positively impact on the community, while retaining respect, recognition and relevance at the national, regional and international levels expecially on Hiv Aids work. Goals and Objectives • To develop the capacity of young activists and youth led non-profit institutions with relevant skills to strengthen their efforts towards change and development. • To mobilize and build a broad based multi-sector partnership of young professionals in order to draw from the expertise and collaboration to address development and health challenges of their communities. • To develop strategies that will strengthen the involvement of young people in decision making processes at the local and international levels. • To identify, package, showcase and reward outstanding initiatives of young people which are geared towards development also interning with gyca nigeria.i'm also LIFE Economist, innovator, a Youth Activist in fighting for marginalisation equality, and justice in ikwerri community IN RIVERS STATE and a gender expert. noel, is committed in making a difference in the world, with special interest in the total development of youths and children in the socio economic empowerment as a means of achieving political rights using international instruments and domestic laws for rights based programming; he is gender sensitive and believes in the equality of all human beings . he has a knack analysis in order to get to particular problems and the solution. ASSOCIATION OF COMPUTER ENGINEERING STUDENTS. and is ALSO THE DIRECTOR OF SOCIALS ASSOCIATION OF ENGINEERING STUDENTS RIVERS STATE UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CHAPTER, International, a youth led non-profit that is focused on building the capacity of young activists and their organizations for effective social change and development action. The organization is inspired by youth involvement in social change and development initiatives, facilitated by INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY and sustained by youthful energy and innovativeness. His goal in life is to become a Foremost Guidance Counsellor in Adolescent Reproductive Health issues, using IT tools to impact positively on the lives of young people globally. Interest: Helping the poor/needy, taking care of children, especially the orphans Reading, singing, traveling, nature, going beaches, watching and going movies, computer friendly,dancing ie. CULTURALLY AND OTHERWISE. NOEL has been working on community development and behaviour change initiatives since 200. In 2001, he participated in developing the Youth component of the Pilot State Action Committee on HIV/AIDS Action Plan at a National Action Committee on HIV/AIDS and the United Nations Development Programme. The United Nations Population Fund trained him in 2002 as a HIV/AIDS Counsellor, in 2003, HE'S INVOLVED IN Educational, scientific and cultural organisation’s national virtual feasibility study workshop and he was trained by the United Nations Children Fund on interpersonal communication skills.ALSO INVOLDED Reproductive Health Services to mark the World Health Day in 2003 HE IS A MEMBER AND IN THE ACTION COMMITTE OF KICK POLIO OUT OF NIGERIA. HAVING WORKED FOR 4 CONSECUTIVE TIMES IN IMO STATE ESTHERN REGION OF NIGERIA. NOEL IS ALWAYZ KNOWN TO BE VERSATILE IN.AREAS LIKE.(IT,HIV/AIDS,ENVIROMENTAL DEVELOPMENT,ANIMAL CARE,HEALTH IN GENERAL.SANITATION AND CLEANINESS,EDUCATION). Burden: Running a home for the orphans, kids on the street and widows without any issue. Objectives: To sufficiently empower rural and needy people towards self family and Community development to invest on the child and discharge their duties towards the child to educate empower and enable the child for future responsibilities . To provide succor to old people and protect the rights of the oppressed. in all these things using the domestic and International laws and instruments as a rights based programming I AM CURRENTLY IN CYPRUS AND A REPRESENTATIVE OF WATER AND YOUTH INTERNATIONAL ... NIGERIAN MOVEMENT.
