 About Me |
well...where do i start...After finishing doing the International Baccalaureate a couple of years ago, I decided to take a year off and work while waiting to go on to college. I’ve always wanted to see more of the world, meet and get to know even more people than I’ve already met and learn about other cultures while sharing with other people my own culture too, which was all initiated by getting to live with people from a lot of different countries while I was still at school.
A bit more about my personality, I absolutely adore kids, especially when they are below the age of nine. I’ve always thought of them as tiny people who bring a lot of light into one’s life, I love the outdoors, especially taking walks and feeling fresh, clean air on my face as it's always been a sign life to me. I very much enjoy playing sports, especially soccer, field hockey, tennis and softball. When I’m indoors, I prefer to make myself comfortable and grab a nice novel to read, listen to music, watch movies, play around with my younger brothers and sisters, sit around and talk or just watch TV when I feel like there is nothing else to do.
I get along really well with a lot of people. I enjoy meeting new people and getting to know them. I’m naturally kind and trustworthy and have inherited patience from my mom. I’m kind of quiet and a bit on the crazy side sometimes, but I have a relatively respectable level of sanity. I like seeing people happy cause I like being happy myself. What keeps me going thru ruff times is the urge to see light at the end of the tunnel.
Right now I am studying for a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. I enjoy it a lot even though it's not always easy. I am really fascinated by how the human body works, how everything falls into place so we can all be able to do what we do, what can possibly go wrong, especially with movement, how it can affect our lives, and finally how it can be repaired.
