Nermine Kamel has graduated from faculty of business administration in Egypt, enrolled in project management diploma - Cambridge. She has worked as an international cooperation specialist, Chairman Technical Assistant and Human Resources Taskforce member in the Egyptian Cabinet's Information and Decision Support Center. Among other projects, She has developed a project document on establishment of a National Employment Agency in Egypt, that included a research on the main issues facing unemployment in Egypt.
Her work in the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology followed by her current work in a USAID funded project focused on workforce developed, helped in the creation of a wide vision and perception of workforce problems. Currently participating in a number of researches including a Skills Gap Analysis for Egypt.
