 About Me |
From the southeastern part of Mindanao lays the city of Butuan where a typical teenager lives, and her name is… hi! I’m Dominique Magno Sabijon and my friends call me Nikki or Nikkiko. Im a sophomore studying at Agusan National High School. I play the guitar, read books, write stories, and play the computer during my vacant time. I have 2 cats, 2 kittens, and 2 dogs for pets. I love animals especially cats. My favorite breed is the sphynx, their bald-like appearance attracts me and I think their cute. I also collect old and foreign coins. I love to cook, in fact, I just cook my own food at home whenever I want to and whatever I want, so I just “live, love, and eat”-Wolfgang Puck(awesome chef). Did I mention my love for music? My kind of music are reggae, cannon rock, r n’ b, pop, jazz, hip hop, punk, ballad, and those classic stuff-my dad hook me up to it, I had to listen classic for like, almost everyday and they’re pretty cool. Some of my favorite singers and bands are Julie Andrews, Gary Valenciano, and Bob Marley; Brownman Revival, APO Hiking Society, Rivermaya, Parokya ni Edgar, Eraserheads, and Hillsongs. And my songs, too many to mention, but I’ll tell you my top 5: Gitara(PNE), Huling El Bimbo(EH), Ako’y sa Iyo at Ika’y Akin Lamang(dunno), Huwag Mo Nang Itanong, and Girl from Ipanema. I wish to be a Naturalist someday, but I don’t think I will because I’m not really that good in science, but I know a couple of things about animals and mammals. I wish to step on my heroes’ (Jane Goodall and Steve Irwin-may he rest in peace) shoes in the field of natural science. I’m also good in directing and in choreography (clearing throat, that’s according to the critics). I love to design but not really good in drawing so I make up shapes and lines and colors in my head. And most of all, I’m a GOD-FEARING person; I’m a member of this community called Youth For Christ (YFC). My motto is, “TRUE LOVE WAITS.”
