I am a graduate from the University of Toronto in Anthropology and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I love staying active and being outdoors. Running, dancing, yoga and reading are just a few of the things I love to do!!
Since I was a young girl I have always felt a strong desire to get involved in my community and the world around me. I truly believe that the spirit, faith and hard work of one individual can change the hearts and minds of many. Being apart of YCI international is extremely important to me. We are all more powerful than we believe and we can make a difference in this world, all we need to do is just start......
