Hello and welcome on my blog where I share personal experiences and information from the web, which could be relevant to readers.
Born in the busy city of Douala, Cameroon where I spent the greatest part of life so far, I hold a degree in Political Science from the University of Buea, Cameroon. I also hold certificates in training capacities and website management respectively. Though I have a degree in political science, I’m of a liberal political orientation and a Christian.
I have experience in desktop publishing, web site management and basic graphic designing for the web. I have designed business cards, brochures, newsletters and many more stuffs for grassroots NGOs and entrepreneurs. I also happen to undertake basic translation services.
Currently I work for myself as a freelance virtual assistant (after a brief employment at ADCOME) providing support to organisations and staffs that need my experiences. See the blog: http://zuprod.blogspot.com
I have been involved in projects at the local level to promote the UN MDGs, with focus on fighting HIV/AIDS and Malaria. Youth entrepreneurship, leadership, Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and digital divide are some topics on my list of interests.
Member of JCI (Junior Chamber International) and TakingITGlobal (TIG) since 2004 and 2007 respectively, I have also been a member of the Political Science Student’s Council (POSSCUB) and associate member of AIESEC, both organisations at the University of Buea.
I have held posts of responsibility among which Secretary General and President of the JCI chapter at the university. Today I serve as national coordinator of the JCI eWorld program in Cameroon and volunteer with TIG as Commit Editor.
Walking, swimming, watching movies (007 collector) and TV shows (24, Heroes, Lost…), trying new software and web-based applications constitute my hobbies, without excluding clubbing and sightseeing.
I live in Abengourou, Cote d’Ivoire. I am single; I don’t smoke nor drink and speak English and French.
