Ndagano Beatrice has more than two years experience in teaching in Uganda both as a teacher and community development facilitator/trainer. She has more than one year experience in community mobilization, monitoring and evaluation of social activities. She has more than one year experience in community and youth mobilization, participatory methods and tools as well as community needs assessment and social impact assessment.
She has been involved as the founder and executive director Beatrice & Elisa Global Youth Foundation (BEGYOFO) with a wide range of studies related to organizational development, public administration, Human rights , guidance and counseling , human approach to basic human intellectual development e.g. (students wrights, culture, HIV/AIDS prevention and care as well as youth social impact assessment of development projects). In addition Ndagano has wider experience in teaching, leadership, games and sports, guidance and counseling as well as evaluation and analysis of community based programs.
