I am Muhadili Shemsanga as stipulated here-above with a huge collection of diverse experience in managing various projects at different implementation capacities including being the Director of a locally registered NGO called TANZANIA YOUTH IN ACTION (TAYA) which is a youth oriented in all its undertakings striving to address the youth needs on SRH/HIV . Professionally, I have a medical background.I've been actively participating in various youth and community health forums with ultimate target of improving and strengthening access and uptake of quality health services to rural communities and hence reaching the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) as intended. My hobbies are exploring a gross diversity of health related issues to inform program planning and management,serving vulnerable/marginalized groups of people in Tanzanian societies, actively reading novels and professional books,sharing ideas and experiences,traveling and working with youth. Am interested in attending workshops/conferences globally
