She spent 4 months on internship in China, developing consulting department for Chinese trading & consulting company with global presence. Monika had the chance to experience an incredible year in the Middle East, leading an international team expanding the world’s largest youth organization to Jordan. The project has been incredibly successful, impacting over 100 young people and setting up the basic framework for sustainable development of the organization for the future. She demonstrated excellent leadership and management skills in areas of strategic planning, governance, finance, HR, external relations and corporate responsibility. For 3 years Monika was also involved in AIESEC in the Czech Republic as the main responsible for outgoing internships program at national team, leader of the local office and finance responsible. She was implementing changes while achieving growth. Monika graduated in Finance at Silesian University in Opava- Business Administration Faculty in the Czech Republic, with background and experience in financial management and budgeting, has a national certification in German and attended bilingual Slovak-German high school. In her graduation thesis created own index for measurement of the impact of Foreign Direct Investment and created study comparing 3 regions in Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Living and working in the Middle East, Asia, Central & Western Europe, on various international teams, has helped her develop cultural sensitivity and ability to benefit from diverse environments. In the future she sees herself working in investing into sustainable ventures, supporting social entrepreneurship and development projects. She believes that Tripple Bottom Line (economical, social, environmental aspect) is the core approach for organizations and individuals.
