 About Me |
Molly has a range of experience in the education and human rights fields. As a Trainer at GK from 2000-2002, she helped develop the Human Rights Activist Project (HRAP) and traveled with youth to Croatia. Before returning to Global Kids in 2007, Molly helped lead a youth leadership project with twenty schools and youth organizations, providing training, technical assistance and capacity building support. Some of her other experience in the education field includes leading programs in a start-up school for court-involved youth, performing professional development for teachers and youth workers, developing curriculum and organizing with youth and parents.
Currently, she helps support leadership programs and program staff, coordinates HRAP, performs professional development and helps to strengthen evaluation methods and systems for the organization. Molly completed the Middle Management program for Youth Development at Columbia’s Institute for Nonprofit Management and was recently a United Way Senior Fellow. Molly holds a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College and an MPA from the Baruch School of Public Affairs.
