Working as an interpreter for the past three years as well as working abroad have made me sensitive to the diversity of languages and cultures that need not only to be accepted, but also to be celebrated at all levels. I am excited to accept the challenge of working with youth here in Toronto a diversity of cultures that I do not have to seek for around the world, but one that exists right here at home.
