 About Me |
I grew up in a small farm community in Iowa, USA. I left straight after high school and toured for five years with a NGO called Up With People. I moved to Denver, Colorado and went through four jobs in three years. I then had the opportunity to go back on the road, but this time with Cirque du Soleil's Alegria. I am one of the backstage technicians and am living a dream of touring around the world with a professional show. After a year in Japan I left Alegria and now work for Cirque's newest show Corteo. One of my biggest issues here is working with people who are money based and have no motivation beyond that. I miss being surrounded with motivated, energetic people who know that we can make a difference if we just respect, listen and teach each other.
