I am a 78 yrs young retired civil engineer, keeping excellent health,and follow very active life style. Volunteering in Emergency depts of hospitals, as Ombudsman in Nursing homes, Bowling with senior's league, teaching computers to other seniors. Very positive attitude, intense desire to learn about new discoveries, techologies, computer & IT,
world economy & finance, stock markets, and very much interested in medical subjects,which relate to the medical conditions, which I have, but none of them serious at all. So study medcal news & research, by visiting medical libraries, and internet searching etc. Studied Pranayama, and studying currently . Exercise regularly, eat very healthy diet, and keep working about 15 hrs a day. I am never tired, never bored and never depressed. So keep smiling !! I have friend and relations and their 2nd generation ann 3rd generations kids , with whom I chat or exchange emails . Travel and visiting various countries is one of my hobbies.
