Seeing the energy and passion of people from so many countries and learning that they have similar issues to struggle with as people in my country gives me hope and the sense of belonging. From the outset,I always intended to have a different kind of company. I knew that if i want to be a successful as an expatriate entrepreneur…. implementing an under-capitalized offshoot organization(of/as a new firm, in a Competitive world that invented Unique payment solutions, Human resources requirements, Computer Solutions, Modern Advertising, Foreign Exchange, International Money Transfers, Reacing & mindset of the people …. in the INDIA based at Hyderabad city acting as the epicenter of this organization). I would need a strong service work force & strong Agency- brand-credentials. For the same standards revolving around a respectability, high-quality, highly creative and intelligent designs were set and assiduously achieved( through diligent and rigorous implementation methods, processes and procedures) resulted into ATW . All this brought great loyalty from all the people and the clients attached to ATW. Today due to the aforementioned first class principles of operations….ATW in india is a state of the art world class enterprise. My organization's History, since its inception, is a direct evolutionary process called "as a single man's thoughts, talents and work ethics which has successfully translated into this company's work culture. All this has clearly defined successful business strategy. Thus the foretold destiny has come true . i finally believed and proved aweful lot of time and thoughts spent in training can become genuine corporate success (perhaps more than any one else). To prove the above postulation: i believe in Mr. David Ogilvy. Mr. David Ogilvy righteously observed : "You will never win fame and fortune unless you invent big ideas" ). i also worked/helped in establishing current modern advertising techniques . Also amongst other big ideas: a ). Positioning a brand: b).Taking advantage of consumer research; c). Re-designing Business strategies; d) Concept & Theme Creation; e). Etc., . In future iam looking to execute FBT programmes to need requirements of Corporate worlds and their man power as HR tool, which will result into INR10,000 crore/per month business considering 15 % indian market shared. Advertising Firm, amny more to come as demand generates.
