Mayowa Joel is experienced in promoting development issues especially sexual and reproductive health including HIV & AIDS intervention programs through innovative media and community-based strategies. He possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and he is a team player with focus on exceeding set objectives or target. His specialties include managing behavior change communication programs, training and capacity building, research, monitoring and evaluation, development and implementation of feasible and interactive youth-friendly development programs. He possesses certificates and diplomas in development programs including; media and community outreach, sexual and reproductive health, and NGO management from local and international organizations. He has been able to harmonize and utilize the various knowledge and skill acquired to promote sexual and reproductive health especially HIV & AIDS prevention and treatment. He is a program manager, trainer and researcher; and has provided training and capacity-building assistance to various organizations in Africa and overseas. He promotes development issues through media-based initiatives and serves as resource person to both local and international organizations.
