a teacher of English language and literature; principal of the private school of English; involved in NGO sector since 1999; former employee of the International Committee of the Red Cross; currently engaged in the American Bar Association - Central European and Eurasian Law Initiative (ABA CEELI), Nis, Serbia as the Office Manager and Interpreter; lector, corrector and article writer for the quarterly magazine Psihologija danas (Psychology today), issued by the Association for the Behavioral Theory and Practice, Nis, Serbia, FRY; completed numerous trainings, including: Marketing and Management of Language Schools (British Council and Florence Associates); NLP seminar (British Council and British NLP Association ); First Aid Course (Yugoslav Red Cross); Conflict Resolution (ICVA); Train the Trainers (ABA CEELI); Interviewing and Counceling Skills (ABA CEELI); Law Practice Mamagement (ABA CEELI); Institution Building Course (ABA CEELI); small group work facilitator in a series of Judicial Ethics Workshops throughout Serbia; founder of the Centre for Action, Linkage and Motivation (CALM), NGO.
