I am a high school biology and ecology teacher near Chattanooga, TN. I have been introducing young people to "adventure ecology" for 25 years without really calling it as such! My greatest joy is leading "my kids" (students) and family in an outdoor adventure that is well planned and designed for natural learning. The opportunities for Aha! moments and discovering real science firsthand is unparalleled.
