I am phd student of the University of Economics in Prague. Together with my friends, students of various universtities from my country and other EU countries we founded Quentin Association. Our aim is to support cooperation between academic, private and public sector, to iniciate and solve multitask projects in management accounting, sustainale development, HR management field.
We are currently working on these projects:
- creating evaluation principle of the sustainable development and contribute to Bellagio Principles for Assessment (
- creating managerial evaluation methodology of human resources in organisations of both private and public
sectors; develop a managerial tool for effective personnel management and to how to invest effectively in their employees to improve their performance and reach the target of the organisation
- developing environmental management accounting system
