 About Me |
I am a graduate of Psychology at the University of Athens and I have completed my Masters in Child Psychology at the University of Reading, UK. I have participated as a volunteer in 4 projects in Greece and abroad (France and Italy). These projects concerned the protection of the environment in local communities and involved building footpaths, restoring traditional walls, cleaning forest areas and planting trees. I have also participated in three work camp leaders seminars in Greece, Austria and Germany.
I have also worked in a psychiatric hospital in Athens for 8 months.
Next year beginning September 2005 I will be in Austria where I will do my EVS. I will work for 10 months in a kindergarten for disabled children.
My aspiration for the future is to work as child psychologist and family therapist but I am also really interested in community and health work with young people.
