About Me

I work as a counsellor, and as a trainer and supervisor of counsellors. I have founded the Center for Counselling, here in Chennai. My background is especially in HIV- and addiction-related counselling, but I am now also doing counselling related to stages of life, and for maximising productivity and creativity.

I write counselling-related manuals and protocols, and I develop counselling aids for counsellors in various fields. I have done work for national as well as international organisations.

I run support groups twice a week for LGBT community in Chennai.

I am passionate about counselling, travelling (especially with my dear husband and child), meeting new people, and learning about different cultures.
