 About Me |
Since April 2007, I am Youth Secretary for the Lutheran World Federation based in Geneva, Switzerland. My daily work is to connect and empower young people in Lutheran churches around the world.
Before that I helped to start a youth church project in Nuermberg, Germany. In this project, a 50 year old church building is given to young people to change it and to have worship services, concerts and service projects in it.
I studied theology in Neuendettelsau, Erlangen and Dubuque, Iowa, USA.
Before and during my studies, I was a volunteer youth leader both in the Lutheran church and the YMCA. Among other things, I was president of our statewide youth organization.
