About me
I am young fine artist, peer educator with excellent presentation and communication skills. Detail oriented with ability to effectively multi-task and work in the fast-pace environment.
My highest strengths are in creativity, for example, painting, drawing, graffiti, writing poetry and awareness plays and directing them, as well as acting. I also paint awareness murals that promote healthy life style.
I am a hard-working, goal oriented artist with visions of changing the way we as the youth of to day do things and the way we react or think of life.
My vision is to work with a number of youth with same vision as, youth with the vision to change the stigma of us as the youth of today are a lost generation, the vision to change the mentality of there is nothing that we can do to change the world, its is already corrupt.
In the three years to come I see my self exhibiting in the National Art Festival that I held annually at Grahams Town, which is the second biggest festival in the world, as well as having the youth performing a play that I have written and directed, and that is the way I would measure my success in bringing the youth together, sharing my vision as well my talents with them.
I have leant that working in a group is much more beneficial than working as an individual, when I am in a group I learn to listen, communication, leadership, organizing and management. I have acquired the skills in listening to other people’s views and combine them with mine. Working with other people I have leant to be patient and respect other people. That is why I love working with the youth.
