À propos de moi

I work with the Dutch National Youth Council on an international project aimed at creating more awareness in the Netherlands for the international problem of youth unemployment (www.jeugdraad.nl). The idea is to give 4 young people in 4 different countries the opportunity to start their own business. The experiences of the young entrepreneurs will be documented in a TV series for young people in the Netherlands. In 2002 I was the Dutch Youth Representative to the 57th General Assembly of the UN. I am also a board member of the Dutch National Association for the United Nations (NVVN). I have a master degree in international relations. My thesis was Digital Resistance, on influencing global governance through cyberspace. I am passionate about dancing, flamenco, west African, belly dancing, salsa, and anything involving rhythm and movement. I also love cooking tasty dishes from all over the world.
