As a volunteer of the Youth Action Movement (YAM), an international network iniated by the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), I am the focal point of Cotonou (BENIN). This movement’s goal is first to contribute to the Sexual Education for youths, access to Sexual and Reproduction Health Services, HIV fighting, gender and development.
I am also member of the Network for Adolescent and Youth of Africa (NAYA), initiated by Planned Parenthood Federation of American International (PPFAI). It gathers several NGO and pleads the politics and religious leaders to the insertion of the concept of sexual and Reproduction Health and reproduction in religious community, and schools .I participate for many investigation, Communications(radio, telivision) programm as regard SRH and Youths.
I have also this opportunity to participate at this moment for the United Nation Population Found Special Youth programme's in the HQ. I'm working with Africa Division and Adolescent and Youth Classer(TSD). I assisted the last Regional Youth Forum in Lusaka about "Gender and effective Youth participation in Africa's Development" and coordinate the process of implementation of the African Youth Network on Population and Development:AFRiYAN.
After all this interesting action in SRH domain, I'm working for political and employement issues. I'm one of the initor of the AIESEC (Internation Assiciation for Student who study in Economy and Mamagement) in BENIN.At this case we are now in the essay period and I hope that next year AIESEC will be an reality in BENIN.
