About Me

Before working for CORE I used to be a college art teacher teaching painting, photography and design. I've also been working with online projects for the past ten years. One of these projects involved helping junior school students learn about organic and sustainable farming methods by matching them up with organic farmers in nz. Other projects have involved climbing Mt Kilimanjaro and working with WildAid in Thailand. All of the projects have employed Web 2.0 tools and my Masters thesis, Personalised Learning in a Web 2.0 Environment, looked at coaching for elite athletes using multi frame images online. In my spare time, I'm involved in environmental issues in new zealand
