 About Me |
I have worked with film production for a long time but I felt the need to think about and contribute to community development so I directed my career to working with community development, social benefit projecs focusing in culture.
Here at home, the concept of 'infoinclusion' - granting communities the access to communication and general eletronic technologies as a way of providing them with necessary qualifications to compete in the job marked and deal with social environment - is being largely discussed. I try to go a step further, because I believe granting them with the abilities to think and reflect about the knowledge is even more important that the knowledge itself.
During 2004 I was based at the GKP - Global Knowledge Partnership - Secretariat acting as their Youth Focal Point, that means assisting youth led projects and organizations in developing projects, business plans, fundraising.
RIght now, I´m just an ordinary person, tryingto go about my life with conscience and responsibility, aware that my regular choices resonate.
