About Me

Leonard Anim Dapaah is my name and I am an independent Ghanaian from the Ga-Adangme ethnic background. I am a Bachelor and Celebrated my 24th Birthday last September.I have the resposiblity and run the office of a programs coordinator in TIG-Ghana.

I am equipped in the Business Orientation and pursued accounting and marketing consecutively. I hold an hounours class in Higher National Diploma (H.N.D) marketing and a Certificate in Accounting .Leonard also posses a Junior Achievement (J.A)Business Basics progrmme Certificate and a Leadership Certificate on Strategy from Sonlife Ministry ,Africa.

I have been groomed and I do groom thru Leadership and entreprenuership workshops and seminars . A few among the lots of workshops include:
- International Students Forum (I.S.F) of Junior Achievements held in Northwood University, Midland , Michigan ,U.S.A . [August 1995]
- Zoe & Dunamis Word Centre. Leadership Effective Training (L.E.T) 2000 scheduled for [May 1997] in Ghana.
- Fire Youth Conference “94 Held in Tema Secondary School, Ghana by JeYUF Camps under the auspices of Zoe & Dunamis Word Centre.
- Congress 1999 and 2000 of Ghana National Union of Polytechnic Students (GNUPS) under the umbrella of All African Union (AASU) held in Accra and Tamale Respectively.

I posses an acumen and Strong dexterity in Leadership drive. Among the Certified responsibility and offices held includes the following :
- Chairman for National/International Commission for GNUPS Congress –2000
- President – Ghana National Union of Polytechnic Students – Cape Coast Chapter.
- Political and Advisory Committee member – Cape Coast Polytechnic .
- Member of Educational Commission for Ghana National Union of Polytechnic Students (GNUPS) congress –1999.
- President - Foundation for further leaders International .(FFLT)- Cape Coast Polytechnic Chapter.
- Vice president Pentecost Students and Associates (PENSA)-Cape Coast Poly.
- Vice President (Public Relations)- Junior Achievement Company, Tema Secondary School.

Currently, Leo is the executive Director of LEOPERLIB CONSULT/BUREAU- A Business Development/ Consultancy Outfit in Africa. Until August 1997, I worked as the Farms Manager for Saah Farms Limited .

My varied interest includes , Creative Thinking /Brainstorming ,Traveling and Internet Browsing . I am inseparable from Research and Development.

My paradigm for the Millennium is crafted into the following phrase- “Cognitive Skills must be learnt and honed through successful experience”. I believe a psychomotor approach is a key to open doors to exploit the “unexploited” in this paperless Generation of ours . I fundamentally advocate for the concept of learning as you do.

By the end of the year 2010, I believe to sell a hundred developed Strategy Kits, to professional Bodies and Individuals . I am committed to developing the administrative and Entrepreneurship Phase/Aspect of TakingITGlobal. Year 2005 shall see Leonard raising thousands of TIG’ers to take their world positively for transformation as LEADERS. The song I’m singing to the Global village is that “TO STAY USEFUL, BE YOUTHFUL”.
