About Me

Leonard is a graduate of Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi. He graduated with an Associate Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture. He also completed a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Agriculture: Rural Development and Extension in South Africa.

Leonard has worked on various projects aimed at uplifting rural farming communities to highly commercialised enterprises. He was a member of the team that facilitated at the World Food Day celebrations at Kiringente Sub County (Mpigi District) in 2002 and also participated at the South African Society of Agricultural Extension Officers Conference in Hammanskraal, 2004

He is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Agriculture at Tshwane University of Technology in South Africa and is also lecturing various disciplines at Denver Technical College (SA) in the departments of science and management. and also serves as the Quality Assurance and Assesment Manager at this institution. Together he sits on the Academic Board and heads the Disciplinary committe of the same institution. He has also written various reports i.e. The Cost Effectiveness of Cabbage Production in Nkozi Sub County (2002), An Evaluation of Crop Characteristics Involved in Cultivar selection of Cabbage in South Africa (October 2005) and Evaluation of Factors that Determine Quality of Cabbage Crops (August 2006, a Case of Mabothoso Farm in Pretoria North, SA).
