About Me

I was born in Namibia in Caprivi Region where i started my grade 1 until grade 12 in various schools. In 2001, i was enrolled for my National Certificate in land measuring and subsequently a Diploma in land management at the Polytechnic of Namibia which i completed in 2003 and started working for the City of Windhoek. In 2004, i enrolled for a Postgraduate Diploma in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU) in South Africa, which i completed in 2005. I then enrolled for my MSc In GIS with Vrije Universitiet of Amsterdam in the Netherlands, which i completed recently. I am currently working for De Beers Marine Namibia as a GIS Officer and am very happy.

I am currently researching in GIS technology and land management issues in Namibia and Southern Africa at large.
