About Me

I grew up in Toronto, Canada and spent my summers at my cottage and in northern Ontario canoe tripping. Wanting to try out another city, I chose to go to McGIll University where I became obsessed with climate change after spending 4 months in eastern Afria through the Canadian Field Study in Africa program. I moved out West in 2007 to seek our new opportunities and have lived in Victoria and Vancouver since then working on climate change action with the B.C. provincial government, and now as a graduate student at the University of British Columbia

After I graduated, I decided to move out west and shortly after, started working for the BC provincial government as a researcher and as a coordinator for our youth climate initiatives.

I am also a volunteer for The Climate Project-Canada. I am trained by Al Gore as a presenter of his An Inconvenient Truth presentations had make presentations on climate change in the community and to interested groups.
